We have the stairs again, with a new twist – Surya Namaskars. The benefits of this form of yoga are innumerable. Benefits include weight loss, aging reversal of skin, better hair, flexible muscles, improved immunity, mental agility, better digestion, and heart protection. The list, however, is far from complete.
The Easy Challenge:
Two sets: Run up and down three flights of stairs. Try to do 2 sets of Surya Namaskar (unless medically advised not to do so).
The Advanced Challenge:
Five Sets: 30 jumping jacks, 25 squats, 10 pushups. If possible, 5 sets Surya Namaskar.
