Day 4 is for jogging!

There is nothing like jogging for a healthy body and alert mind.

The Easy Challenge:
Jog for 10 minutes. Start with basic stretches. If jogging for 10 minutes looks difficult, start with brisk walking and jog in 2-minute intervals.

The Advanced Challenge:
Four sets: Run half mile (0.8 km) and do 25 squats.
