This World Health Day, get started on your journey to better health

They say that a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. When it comes to good health, there are some who treat it as an everlasting odyssey of adventure. Health is so integrated into their lives’ goals that it gets meticulous  planning and disciplined implementation.
