Job Duties:

  • Achieve Sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Set appointments & meet with doctors with specialty in Mother & Child Care ( gynaecology, Pediatrics, Fetal Medicines) & Oncology (Surgical Oncologists, Therapeutic Oncologists)
  • Promote clinical services :
    Mother & Child : NBS (Biochemical + genetic screening), Matchmygenome (Couple Carrier Screening), NIPT, CMA, WES, WGS. Cytogenetic test : Triple Marker, Quadruple marker, FISH, Karyotyping.
    Oncology : OncoMap, DNA ONCOSCREEN, DNA ONCONEX (Head & Neck panel, Lung Panel, Thyroid Panel, Esophageal Panel, BRCA1/BRCA2).
  • Generating sales revenue by consulting / Introducing Mapmygenome Clinical services.
  • Building partnerships with hospitals & clinics to generate demand for Mapmygenome clinical diagnostics services.
  • Coordinate with the Product/Lab team for addressing technical queries from Doctors.
  • Achieve monthly revenue target in the defined geographical area.
  • Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory.
  • Build relationships with hospitals/ Corporates & Healthcare Industry.
  • Provide product demonstrations and support.
  • Maximize profits by upselling and cross-selling additional products.
  • Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.
  • Client Acquisition/Key Account Management - build and manage a large number of corporates.
  • Develop the overall Business strategy for the B2B Services Business by understanding the client's requirements.
