Responsibilities:
- Willing to work in different shifts Morning/ Afternoon & Night Shifts (flexibility)
- Calls / Chats related to Products & Services
- Handling customers calls and call back for complaint calls.I
- Sales via Cold calling / Tradeshows/ Conferences to achieve the assigned sales target.
- Generate Quotations & Invoices when requested for by the Head of Sales
- Address web-based Product and Quotation inquiries.
- Follow-up on Leads and updating in CRM software.
- Coordination and tracking of logistics/shipments.
- Send introductory emails to prospects.
- Live Help Support.
- Cold calls to prospects.
