Responsibilities:

  • Willing to work in different shifts Morning/ Afternoon & Night Shifts (flexibility)
  • Calls / Chats related to Products & Services
  • Handling customers calls and call back for complaint calls.I
  • Sales via Cold calling / Tradeshows/ Conferences to achieve the assigned sales target.
  • Generate Quotations & Invoices when requested for by the Head of Sales
  • Address web-based Product and Quotation inquiries.
  • Follow-up on Leads and updating in CRM software.
  • Coordination and tracking of logistics/shipments.
  • Send introductory emails to prospects.
  • Live Help Support.
  • Cold calls to prospects.
