On Day 3 of MMG SMART Lifestyle Challenge, we are going to step up the intensity of exercises a little bit

The Easy Challenge: Two sets of stair climbing. Climb up 3 flights of stairs on a run. After reaching the top, do 10 squats.Then climb down the 3 flights of stairs. After two sets, perform 25-30 leg extensions.

The Advanced Challenge: Three sets of 30 Jumping jacks, 25 squats, 20 push-ups. Followed by stretching exercises.
