I agree. I have eaten yogart with fruit in it for years. Definitely didnt make me feel bad. Smoothies are great! Provide loads of antioxidants! My personal opinion is it is better to eat healthy food combos or eat them in the “incorrect order” than to not eat if you do not have the suggested combination. It is simple.
