MapmyGenome India announced the start of operations in Delhi-NCR beginning June 1, 2015, and an expanded team including changes in top management. The new office premises are at Investopad, Gurgaon. This is the first team expansion following a Pre Series A round of USD 1.1 million funding in March 2015.

The strategic move to start operations in Delhi-NCR aims to fulfil an existing need for genomic testing and genetic counselling services in North India. Access to North India markets will also help in targeted efforts for raising awareness about genomics testing.
